I usually have all brand flakes cereal with low fat milk , a glass of water before all meals helps regulate the blood levels as well

I eat eggs. Usually an egg sandwich. 2 eggs, 1 slice cheese, 2 slices bread and butter. I can use the same ingregients and have an omelet, fried eggs with toast or french toast with sugar free syrup. With french toast i don't add anything to the eggs and if enough egg is left i will turn it into a small omelet
