I usually stay so busy that I prefer to cook healthy fast meals. Not alot of prep and ingredients. I struggle with finding yummy, healthy fast meals. My goal was to control my diabetes with lifestyle choices alone, but seems to still have elevated glucose #'s.
You're doing fantastic! 🙂 Such an inspiration to me! I want to get there someday.

A doctor friend of mine, who has a concierge practice for older well off patients and specializes in diabetes. She tells me that her patients using Mounjaro, have better control and lose more weight than those on Ozempic. Their A1Cs also progress lower.

So I would say it is a good choice. She also tells me that if her patients would do what I do to supercontrol their diabetes journeys, she would be out of a job.

And they would be much healthier.
