A serving of an apple or pear is 1/2, grapes is about 7-9. A small mandarin orange. 1 kiwi. 1 plum.

there is naturally occurring sugar in fruit...I really have to watch eaating fruit...I used to live on it...berries like blackberries raspberries strawberries and bl.ueberries...are supposed to be the best...but they raise my bs....I do better with apple and citrus..you can look up the carbs and sugar in almost anything if you have a phone or computer...or there are lot of books too

consuming too much fruits can be bad for diabetes because it has its own sugar so you'll have high sugar readings and weight gain
I've experienced it too lol , so 2-4 servings per day would be advisable
