I eat about half an apple a dday. I like honeycrisp...a medium...... honeycrisp is 31 carbs then minus fiber...I dont remember the sugar...natural... ut its not bad

Guidelines for health of general population in UK is five a day.other countries recommend different quantities.As Wayne says it depends.Fruit and veg contain essential vitamins and minerals.
