100/60 to 120/80 are generally considered normal readings. My Bride used to be fine at 90/50.

I was always 110/70 left arm and 120/80 in my right arm, every since shoulder surgery in my right arm when I was 25.

When diagnosed with cancer 6.5 years ago my doctor thought I needed blood pressure medications for 124/82. Now my numbers are 110/70.

The general recommendation for Diabetics is (below) 130/80 to better protect the kidney's and cardiovascular system (the two biggest killers of Diabetics)

But your (target) may be different based age or other conditions, so your doctor should advise
