How Many Grams Of Carb Should I Eat Per Meal

That depends on what your goal is

If you follow the national guidelines you will eat between 45 and 60 carbs and take as much medication as you need to manage that

If you are trying to manage with minimal amounts of medication (or none) then you need to restrict much further than that

I personally can handle about 35 carbs per meal while Henry @A DiabetesTeam Member can only handle 10% of that - others may be a little more and everything in between

The only way to know for sure is to count how many carbs in a meal - test-eat-test and see if you went too high - if not then you know at least X carbs is safe for you

So really, what is your goal?
