@A DiabetesTeam Member Welcome! I would say the best exercise is one that you enjoy doing. I had to try lots of different things to find a few that "stuck". I would suggest trying as many things as you can think up and brainstorm ideas for a creative bonus! Did you enjoy skipping rope as a child, hula - hoop, even dancing to the radio is exercise! Just get movin" and work up a sweat.
As Henry notes - exercise is NOT an effective way to lose weight
A Cheeseburger from a burger place has upwards of 600 calories in it
You would have to "walk" for 2 1/2 "hours" or Jog for an hour to burn that off
It's just easier to NOT Put that into you in the first place and instead choose a lower calorie option

Hi Thandi126 same here must also loose weight but little bit difficult for me as I'm disabled (clubfoot) and walk difficult. But I need to make a plan I do loose weight due to my new way of eating but need the exercise😃
