I use a product called relax all I get on line at netrition .com. I drink a bigalow tea.lemon ginger with probiotics. I no longer eat sugar starch grains seed oils multodextrin. I have a prescription for gabapentin but I hardly ever use it because it causes demintia.

Just been recommended alphalipoic acid and acetyl l carnitine plus ginger by pharmacist at dialysis.waiting to see if " committee" agree. and am allowed to take .
New product nerve- eze,from nerve-eze.com but I won't be paying for it.

Hi Terry,
I am going to try tea, lemon ginger with the probiotics. I have restless legs and my feet will sometimes burn. I’ll let you know how it goes.
