@DebraGodfreyNcGilber when mine got high all I could do is drink lots of water and sometimes take extra medicine

@A DiabetesTeam Member Since exercise helps to lower bg, it would probably be a good idea to go for a long walk or whatever exercise you can do.

Hi Debra. I've been told there isn't really anything you can do...except to NOT eat anything else AND drink plenty of water. This is per my G.P., not a specialist/endocronologist. I always figure drinking more water can't hurt as I'm sure I don't drink enough as it is!
