My Provider Put Me On A B Complex,for The Folic Acid. How Can I Prevent Nausea,and Stomach Cramps?

I do take a Zofran prior to taking B complex. I also eat prior. Still have nausea,and stomach cramps, regardless.

I have a shot of iron through my dialysis machine every friday.,and a shot of erythropoietin( increases red blood cells) once a fortnight.

Thank you Pandapat. Seems like when I was pregnant with my 1st child I had to take shots,he had to take them a month after he was born. It may have been iron shots. Lol,many years ago❤
