Personally, I sip 3-5 litres water daily. Nothing else.

Some of the best fruit is berries. 6 Blueberries, 2 blackberries, 3 raspberries. Strawberries have a bit more sweetness, but are on my 2nd tier on occassion.

Also Avocados are great.

1/2 apple, half pear, half nectarine, half peach. A whole small mandarin orange. Half a cup of watermelon.
