Although it seems counterintuitive.

I say eat a 15 carb meal. Then check your 2 hour number.

Your blood glucose numbers should be more in line.

Le meilleur c'est l'eau mais vous pouvez y ajouter des feuilles de menthes ou des agrumes. A l'occasion je bois de l'eau gazéifiée sans sucre avec saveurs. Nestlé fait cette eau sans sucre à laquelle j'ajoute des petits fruits congelés
