I weighed 187pounds when diagnosed with T2 my weight is currently 137,it fluctuates by a pound or so. T2 is a metabolic disorder. The craving for sugars never goes away, especially if those numbers are running high. You may have a higher metabolism rate. There could be many factors into play here. You may need to have some specific blood test ran. I did drop down to 99 pounds, but I was unable to tolerate food. I gained back up to my current weight. My Dr. ran test to see what was causing my weight loss. Praying you find answers🙏❤

Are you on that shots that cause weight loss. Like Ozempic, Trulicity, or other diabetic medications that cause weight loss. Alot of the diabetic medications curb appetite.❤️

Try eating a little more @A DiabetesTeam Member.
What does your doctor say.
Are you losing a pound a week, if so add 300 calories a day and your weight should stabilize.

What are your before eating numbers and you 2 hour numbers.
What diabetes medications are you doing, be detailed. Maybe you need more fruit and some carbs.

Are there other diagnoses coming into play.

Is there an issue with your transplant.
How is your pancreas.
