Not Iā€™m not frustrated at all. What frustrated me the most was the constant giving of more and more medications, when I was never told that you could reverse your diabetes by correct nutrition. I have not been on any medication for almost 4 years after doing the FIREDIABETES online programme. See HTTPS://fire.health.
I had been ion 4 different diabetic meds, and four others chronic meds: statin, blood pressure, asthma, etc.

I'm one of the lucky ones. I'm not frustrated with my treatment at all but I can see why others would be. It's a huge learning curve and Diabetes is a nasty beast. My LADA is controled with insulin, very low carb and regular exercise. I'm also fortunate to be able to use a Dexcom. Our condition is very unique to ourselves and our own health issues. People should not compare theirs to others. There are also many other factors too besides our worst enemy (carbs). Weather, hormones, meds and stress all affect our glucose to some degree.

Hi its wendy cape province south africa. Con artists out there be careful. Control your diabetes with diet. Carbohydrates be careful of they not good for you like rice and potatoes. Boil the potato no butter eat as is a small one. They say sweet potato is better for you. Rice I measure by tablespoon.
Also check your chlorestrol. Mine is up had check last week. No on tabs for 6 months. Your ldhl is the one the bad chlorestrol reading must nor be over 3. Mine is 4 5. So I got a fright when I saw the doctor. I'm 64 and type 2 she said diabetes pushes chlorestrol up first time I heard this. Anyway just thought I would share this with you. Best Wendy.
