The most important thing to do is to go see your primary care physician right away about any question. I had redness and itching on both ankles that was three inches.The doctor told me it was stasis dermatitis and too use Benadryl anti itch cream but every case is different and your health care team is the best people to ask.

It "could be" a sign of neuropathy but it could also be dozens of other things - get into your Doc and get it checked out

My legs and feet swells up,my Dr told me to wear compression socks below the knee it works but only happens in hot weather or being on my feet walking
