Just say NO

Let's be honest. For some it's an "addiction" (or else you wouldn't feel the need to stick them in your mouth when you know you shouldn't)

So treat it like any addiction

If you can't go Cold Turkey then maybe you need the help of a professional to help you figure out "why" you feel the need to stick something in your mouth that can let this Disease shave years off your life and really destroy your quality of life before it does

The fear of that alone stops me from sticking those sweets in my mouth
