Called Redefine 3 they are looking for drug combination that will do 3 things

Help control Blood Sugar in Type 2's
Specifically Target Weight Loss, and,
Significantly reduce the risk of Heart Attack/Stroke and Peripheral Artery Disease in Type 2 Diabetics

The study will combine the active ingredient in Ozempicread more

You need my diet, I don't have the apple belly associated with diabetes. You could do some light stomach crunches or some form of exercise to burn belly fat.🤗

I'd 💖💖💖 to lose weight! I have the typical apple-belly associated with diabetes2. But how? I walk a lot, used to bike-ride, but eye issues saw me pause that. I rely on public transport. So much of my walking is to do chores ....
I do not rely on my docs based on past experience. Diet is okay but still snack when tired.

@A DiabetesTeam Member Thank you Joyce, I shall look into "diet" .... I have bought a couple of things that will help me prep my meals easily and efficiently. First things is raw fresh veg and some fruits ... beans too ... pulses, ir beans pulses?
