Have you been moving. Just getting the body moving stimulates blood flow. I don't know if that helps but it feels good and couldn't hurt.
I go for one or two walks a day. I find it very uplifting and it does have important health benefits

Some things we cannot change or reverse. But finding the best way to live with it can still yield a very fulfilling journey.

Guys, you can talk about diabetes 2 or 1 as much as you want but the diabetes will stay with you forever. I think the solution for this disease lies in genetic. But we know almost nothing about how and when we were created. But good luck people with your naive plans to control this terrible condition.

Try slowly cutting carbs as Hkc suggested, if there is not an improvement you may need a medication adjustment. Best of luck to you.
