My previous doctor would take my A1C every 3 months. My present one does a full blood work up every 6 months.

My blood sugars stay good unless I'm sick, or on steroids.

Have you been able to keep your blood sugar under control or is it still a problem? i've been able to keep mine under control ususaaly in the 120s range until recently. Its been hovering in the 130s lately when i test my bg (blood glucose) in the morning before eating. My doc still wants to see me every three months after being diagnosed in Dec 2023.
