Has Anyone Seen Any Positive Results With The Use Of Cinnamon. The "experts" Say It "could" Control Blood Sugar. Always Being Vague.

Thanks Sally, that's been my experience also. I still use it though because it's said to have other benefits and the powder does taste good in coffee and on oatmeal.😎

Ceylon cinnamon at the therapeutic dosage of 1-5 gm only makes a difference of 2-3 points usa for me.

You might be different.
Cassia cinnamon starts being untolerable at 1 gm per day.
