sometimes I wake up and I have night sweats for my feet just hurt too much trying to stay on a diet if I can.. my worst enemy is dehydration next to neuropathy but if I feel like it I will go up to the mall block a mile all the way around just need to keep blood flow going to my body each night could be different .I do not like staying up late but it might get me tired thank you for your time

Regarding your feet. Get foot massage called reflexology. This may help you.

you need a doctor's prescription in order to obtain the sensor and reader check with your insurance agency you make it at no cost ??

usually I hand massage my feet with aloe hand lotion .just found a Nabi ball mini spikes works pretty good on the feet been going to the chiropractor ..the new shoes probably every two years glasses every year and still going out and exercising at the mall which is about a mile which could take you 30 minutes but we must need motivation thank you for your time

Massage your feet sole with a massager. That will increase the blood flow.
