Hello Everyone Just Wanna Ask If Apple Cider Vinegar Has Any Side Effects On Diabetic Patients

If you take it by spoon or drink it, it can damage your teeth... it is acid.

I do capsules and it slows digestion, lowering the post meal glucose spike.

@A DiabetesTeam Member I've read it is good for diabetes...more recently I've also read that the good bacteria in the gut plays an important role in keeping blood sugar at healthy levels-that might be WHY the apple cider helps diabetics. I use it as dressing with olive oil on my salads. But I also add it to a lot of dishes I cook just for flavor.
