Hi @A DiabetesTeam Member,
The minimum water intake we were told to drink daily as kids was 8 glasses, 64 ounces. Baby steps.

But the best information available today says between 1/2 and 3/4 ounce water daily for each pound of body weight. Baby steps.

Other sources say that 120-150 ounces daily for men. And 100-120 ounces daily for women. Baby steps

But if you are limited on water intake for medical reasons, follow your doctor's orders. Baby steps.

Drink more water.
My number comes down signicantly with exercise. Good luck. Baby steps.

By adding homegrown broccoli microgreens to my diet in daily smoothies
has made life changing difference. Numbers went to normal. Made my Metformin work better. Completely weaned off of insulin.

Have you tried drinking more water? It helps your body to use insulin more effectively. I consume about 6.5 cups of water per day
