I just look for the lowest sugar/salt/fat/carb/calories one or go to my local healthfood shop where they grind fresh dry roasted peanuts to make their own fresh peanut butter or I buy walnut/almond/cashew nut butters occasionally.its well worth looking for a healthfood shop that makes their own peanut butter cos I find commercial ones come with a puddle of oil on the top.

I use a natural organic from Costco. I personally don’t like peanut butter with added sugar so haven’t eaten it in years.
