I Have Heard That Taking Berberine Can Help Lower Blood Sugar. Has Anyone Heard This Or Tried It?

Berberine, a traditional/natural treatment does help lower blood sugar "a little" in "some but not all diabetics"

Type 2 being a metabolic disorder means that some things may help you but not me

So if what this helps with (a metabolic process called glycolysis) is a deficiency in You, then it might move your average numbers a few points or do nothing at all

These aren't meds (any of the natural/traditionals) but might be of value as a part of your overall treatment program - they will "never" replace a prescription medication (if they could then meds would never have been developed)

But worth a try - didn't work for me but Milk Thistle did (dropped my fasting average by 0.2 mmols or about 4 points - not earth shattering, but every bit helps
