It could be anything from sinus infection, to high blood pressure. Need to be seen by a Dr to get a proper diagnosis, as alot of the same symptoms can have different diagnosis. Wishing you the best health always🌼

Blurry vision and pain and pressure behind the eye can be concerning symptoms. Based on my knowledge base, here are some potential causes related to diabetes:

1. Glaucoma: High eye pressure can damage the optic nerve, leading to blind spots and eventually blindness if untreated.
2. Diabetic Macular Edema (DME): High blood sugar levels can cause fluid buildup in the macula, leading to blurry vision and swelling.
3. Retinal Vein Occlusion (RVO): Blocked veins in the retina can cause blurry vision and pain, potentially leading to vision loss if untreated.

It's important to contact your eye doctor as soon as possible to get a proper diagnosis and treatment.
