Zaneta, I'm into egg white omelettes. I'll add grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, mushrooms, zucchini, etc. Low carb and high protein plus I get my veggies.🤠

GM, it's sounds great I do want lower my carbs as well to decrease my weight. I love mac&cheese and bread.

Eggs, meat, greens, half avocado, a couple of raspberries, or blackberries, or a few blueberries.

For 3-4 net carbs.

If you can tolerate the carbs in a slice of toast, that is a good addition to the meal.
