That is total bullsh**. There is no cure. Cinnamon at the therapeutic dosage is toxic when you use common Cinnamon, Cassia Cinnamon.

If you use True Cinnamon, Ceylon Cinnamon, then it is not toxic. But the therapeutic dosage only makes a difference of 1-2 points in my numbers. So it is not worth me bothering with it.
