I Am 49 Yrs Old. I Have Been A T1 Since The Age Of 12. Over The Past Couple Of Years I Experience Weird Hypo’s.

A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭
Cape Town, ZA

It only happens once in a while and not every time I experience a hypo. It starts off with weird thoughts, almost depressing type thoughts. I then starts acting weird as if I am completely drunk. It’s quite embarrassing to say the least. Other times I experience “normal” hypo’s without this weird acting. Anyone experience the same?

A DiabetesTeam Member

Hypo = hypoglycemia = low blood sugar
