I will speak from my experience at being healthy at any size. In July 2019 I weighed 165 and I am 5"8 My BMI was not in a good range. I was dependent on 72 units of insulin plus oral diabetic meds. I did not feel well a lot of the time.I lost 30 lbs and drop 3 sizes in clothes. No more insulin just diet and oral meds. I feel fabulous. Ozempic was the key for me to control what I put in my mouth daily. I am an emotional eater if I am having a bad day at work, I would eat the greasiest, cheesiest thing I could find. That behavior is no longer in my life. I dont have much of an appetite because of the Ozempic and believe me I am not complaining. I just feel that healthy for me at age 63 is at 135 lbs. Everybody is different and their path to wellness is different, just be understanding when someone presence you with a different option.
